About me and KnitWitDoh

My Nan taught me to knit at an early age but after only being able to knit ‘holey’ ties for my dad I gave up. In my twenties I tried again and realised that I could actually knit things that didn’t have holes in them!

It was then that I really caught the knitting bug, producing garments for the children of both relatives and friends and later for my own boys. My love for knitting grew and after working for the NHS for many years I decided to quit the rat race and pursue my hobby in a more formal way. I now produce a wide range of hand knitted garments for the under 5s. Please browse my catalogue and contact me if you would like to make a purchase.
